Spice.xyz Node.js SDK v0.3

This release adds support for improved Prices APIs supporting spot/latest and historical prices for pair across Coinbase, Gemini, and tracked by Coinmarket Cap.

New functions available on the client are:

• getPrice()
• getPrices()
