Hello to all Electrum users, I have a problem, I was transferred bitcoins. I downloaded the transaction and added it to history.
began to appear on the account. bitcoins.
but they are not confirmed, (red circle)
transfer somewhere or between your own
I can’t give addresses either, I’ll attach all errors to the message.
The person who sent me also has an unconfirmed balance (but he can transfer and sign) and I can’t even return these bitcoins to him

here is a translation error - bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent You might have a local transaction in your wallet that this transaction builds on top. You need to either broadcast or remove the local tx.

Tell me, they deceived me; they are not mine?

indeed, you have been deceived.
bad-txns-inputs-missingorspent means that the input coins in the transaction do not exist.
note that when someone sends you bitcoins, you do not need to download the transaction from them.
