This was posted on reddit. A user using multiple seeds on a blockstream jade is having trouble managing his wallet:

tl;dr: When I load seed #1 into my stateless signing device, Electrum thinks that all devices are connected. When I load any other seed, Electrum does not detect any devices.

In Electrum, I create an M of N multisig wallet. For each cosigner, I load the relevant seed into my signing device. Then in Electrum I click hardware wallet. Electrum detects the device and adds the cosigner.

In the file I see that each seed has a unique value for "root_fingerprint". All seeds share the same value for "soft_device_id".

If I load seed #1 into the device, connect the device, start Electrum, and load the wallet file, the status bar indicates that all N devices are connected. If I load any other seed into the device, Electrum says that zero devices are connected, and displays a warning message to say that any coins sent to this wallet may be unspendable.

Does electrum support this way of creating multisig wallets?
