Better handling for concurrent data entry

We noticed if 2 different users were updating the same record, the user with the oldest record version will receive an error if they try to save and lose all their work. Very rare as only a few data managers will be updating/editing the same record.

Steps:

1. User 1 is updating record 'TEST' and clicks refresh, edits a field and clicks save
2. User 2 is updating the same record 'TEST' and edits a field and clicks save.
   Expected:

• System advises User2 there is a newer version and will lose their entered updates.
  Actual:
• System crashes with "out of date" error

Potential solutions.

1. Record locking
   When user opens a record for edit. That reocd is locked to other users for edit
   Other users may have the ability to override.(in cases when first editor forgets to save and etc)
2. Message to display on the form when reocrd is being currently edidted by others
3. Using Websockets to feed the live edits into the session
