Ask to overwrite configuration file

First: This is such an underate package! It enables developers to quickly create better laravel packages!
When developing I'm installing my package over and over again. And I have to always remember to delete the config file first. And I always forget. So it would be cool if it could detect an existing configuration and instead of ignoring it, ask me if I want to overwrite it?
