Backups running twice?

Hi,

Can you please suggest where I ought to look to figure out why backups are appearing to run twice? I get two sets of email notifications when clean up happens and when backup completes.

Looking at the .zip files though, it doesn't look like the files are doubling up, but perhaps they are being overwritten?
