There are a lot of great tools, but no documentation on what they do. The overview to the perf modeling/analysis SIG was awesome, but there are a lot of folks that do not have access/know about that.

Suggestion: Add a README.md in each tool that briefly mentions what the tool does. In the usage message, refer to the README.

added skipping warmup instructions for stf_function_histogram (#7)

added `-s` switch to skip the warmup instructions. Usage example:
`./stf_function_histogram trace.zstf -E trace.elf -p -s 200000`
