[FEAT] Cubeviz: Load ASDF with GWCS #1476

Description

User wants to load cube from ASDF with GWCS into Cubeviz. For JWST, this is ASDF-in-FITS. For Roman, this is pure ASDF file.

Spectrum1D translator does not accept GWCS when statistics is given glue-viz/glue-astronomy#59
