Validate Synoptic Map Creation

This issue is to confirm that we are appropriately constructing synomptic maps through the method in the dataloader SynopticSDOML and visualised in the notebook synoptic.ipynb.

Daniel and Paul have both been working on this and are investigating:

• https://ar5iv.labs.arxiv.org/html/1605.03500#S2.SS3 - an NSO paper detailing the process of how they produce synoptic maps, with a useful pseudocode section explaining the logic of how the process works. Can work on recreating.
• https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11207-019-1563-y - A paper detailing similar synoptic maps made for EUV maps, more useful in explaining how they mosaic strips together and how they use cartographic reprojections (similar to the work described above).
