When opening a CEF window in OpenDream, this error occurs and causes the client to crash.

  Resource id in failed request:  0x800341
  Serial number of failed request:  18676
  Current serial number in output stream:  18676

There is no other information in the output log.

Notably the error does not occur if I use --cvar display.windowing_api=sdl2

Occurs on both my linux machines, but these are the specs of the one I'm currently on

Likely related, some versions of tgui resize their window with a winset after loading.
