[Payment Issue] Payment system was blocked for you.

So hello I was trying to buy a cape when I came around this error when I went on the payment page I pu my name correctly (DaresPVP) and my email but it always said this:

I dont have any ad blockers or any extensions at all I tried using various browsers with no luck. I also asked my friend to try but he had the same error. Is there a way that there is something wrong with the payment page aswell I contacted support of the support of Terminal3 but with no replies. I need some help!
