The SK-3007-05 supports routing. This allows the device to communicate using other routing enabled devices as intermediate routers. This device is also able to participate in the routing of data between other devices in the mesh network.

Overview

The SK-3007-05 external module extends traditional curtain motors with zwave capability.

Inclusion Information

  1. Connect power supply  to motor and connect the external module to motor external connector,  and Make sure the module is located within direct range of the Z-Wave controller.
  2. Set the controller into the inclusion/add mode (refer to controller’s operating manual).
  3. Click the PB-button triple times in 1.5 second, located left side of the motor external box.
  4. Curtain motor will be detected and included in the Z-Wave network.

Exclusion Information

  1. Connect power supply  to motor and connect the external module to motor external connector,  and Make sure the module is located within direct range of the Z-Wave controller.
  2. Set the controller into the exclusion/remove mode (refer to controller’s operating manual).
  3. Click the PB-button triple times in 1.5 second, located left side of the motor external box.
  4. Curtain motor will be detected and excluded from the Z-Wave network.

The manufacturer defined default value is -127.

This parameter has the configuration ID config_4_1 and is of type INTEGER. This is a read only parameter.

Parameter 6: Set motor direction

Toggle motor direction between reverse and default Support Set only. Toggle motor direction between reverse and default as send out set command with any value (0x00-0xFF). Values in the range -128 to 127 may be set.

The manufacturer defined default value is 0.

This parameter has the configuration ID config_6_1_wo and is of type INTEGER. This is a write only parameter.

Parameter 7: Clear motor lead tail endpoint setting

Clear motor lead tail endpoint setting Support Set only.  Clear motor lead tail endpoint setting as send out set command with any value (0x00-0xFF). Values in the range -128 to 127 may be set.

The manufacturer defined default value is 0.

This parameter has the configuration ID config_7_1_wo and is of type INTEGER. This is a write only parameter.

The manufacturer defined default value is 0.

This parameter has the configuration ID config_9_1_wo and is of type INTEGER. This is a write only parameter.

Association Groups

Association groups allow the device to send unsolicited reports to the controller, or other devices in the network. Using association groups can allow you to eliminate polling, providing instant feedback of a device state change without unnecessary network traffic.

The SK-3007-05 supports 1 association group.

Group 1: Lifeline

The Lifeline association group reports device status to a hub and is not designed to control other devices directly. When using the Lineline group with a hub, in most cases, only the lifeline group will need to be configured and normally the hub will perform this automatically during the device initialisation. Z-Wave Plus Lifeline, is assigned to send motor lifeline status to associated devices, including send the multilevel report frame while window cover position, send device local reset frame while set factory default manually etc.

Association group 1 supports 1 node.
