How to reproduce: Press reautograde button on a student's mission/quest (with MCQs) that has been partially attempted or fully unattempted. An example is the concurrent programming quest in CS1101S AY21/22 sem 1.

What to expect: All unattempted questions should give 0 xp.

What actually happened: For all unattempted MCQs, the first option is selected by default. The student will be given XP for every question that has the first option as the correct answer, even if they did not attempt the question.
