Add support for Chameleon (and Rocket?)

Chameleon is the compression format used by Kid Chameleon and, more notably, Sonic 2 Nick Arcade (for GHZ's chunks only). While not a priority, I think this would be nice to add for SonLVL.

Rocket is the format used by Rocket Knight Adventures. It would serve no purpose to us Sonic hackers, but it would help this library achieve pairity with flamewing's.
