What feature would you like a to see in setup-ci?

Provide a manual workflow to trigger which will create a new PR with following changes
- change logs
- version bump up
After manual review and merge, a workflow should gets triggered to publish package

Is there already a workaround for it?

No

Hi! We have that on our roadmap, but currently, we don't have the capacity to add this feature, but we're open for contributions!
