What version of Home Assistant Core?

core-2025.1.3

Describe the issue

We have an Installation of 22 Devices (AC) and intéerate them 7 month ago with no problems. After the changes last year (Panasonic apis .., Auth), we have massive problems and it is not possible too have more than 10 devices.
Everythings runs with it now with 10.
We deactivate energy sensors and put the refresh to 300 / 600 sec but if we put one more AC we get an 429 from panasonic .... (too many request?)
I am wonder of why the last_update attribute is updating every minute on some devices ...
Any idea

After throwing 4 ACs out of the Cloud account it works again.

As you can see in the attachment, some of the ac's are updated once / twice per minute

The refresh setting is 600 seconds, because we know the 429 Problem long ago .... Normally we had 300 seconds.

No energy counter ... nobody is in the office , it is set off.
