Hi, I have the same problem. Please help |
I was able to configure this a couple of days ago, so the error did not occur to me anymore |
I tried to configure it yesterday and I still have this problem |
Same problem. |
same from there |
Same problem here - tried reset the 2FA, but still shows "no device". Comfort Cloud on iOS works fine though. |

Checklist
What version of Home Assistant Core?
core-2024.11.3
Describe the issue
Started setting up my Home Assistant fairly recently, and trying to set up Panasonic CC.
When configuring and logging in with email and password, I’m getting the response ‘no device’. After looking into other issues I’ve reset both MFA and password and retried logging in, by stil getting the same result.
Able to log into Panasonic Comfort Cloud app on iOS just fine where my device is listed (a CS-HZ35UKE heat pump).
Setup:
Panasonic CC 2024.11.0
HACS 2.0.1
HA Core 2024.11.3
HA OS running on Raspbery Pi 4
