Hi Sir,

I would like to consult if it possible to use the the xcms report with mzmed and rtmed as input file, or convert the xcms report with mzmed and rtmed to xsAnnotate object ?

Thanks

Best wishes,
Hees

Hi, thanks for the inquiry. If you have an "xcms report", then you should also have the xcmsSet it was created from. But then there are cases, where the original data might be gone ?
I vaguely recall that I had (many years back) created an xcmsSet object from CSV input,
but for the correlation of the EICs, the raw data is still needed.
Yours,
Steffen
