Uncontracted braille has been implemented for a while, and tested a lot implicitly.

We need a final system test (or just a go from the experts) so that this requirement can be ticked off. However because this requirement is closely connected with [4.3:38] (support for text-level semantics), which isn't fully done yet, we should wait for that.
