Enhanced volume breaking

Support for this is basic at best. Needs to be extended to support splitting volumes at chapter/paragraph boundaries. According to Bert this requires work on the Dotify component.

I wouldn't say support is only "basic". Features like splitting at chapter boundaries are already available, you just have to make use of it. You have to try it out and update Dedicon's default CSS style sheet.

Not splitting paragraphs is not supported yet and needs more work in Dotify.

Small clarification to help with future testing and specification:
Dedicon favors partially empty pages and breaking at paragraph boundaries over completely full pages and breaking in the middle of a paragraph. Thus, the current conversion does more than opportunistic breaking if a page end coincides with a paragraph end.
