Removing duplicate data from ChoCo

To consider removing all data / JAMS files copied from ChoCo to avoid duplication. These includes:

• the partition folder;
• the directories in `exps/datasets.

An alternative solution is to use sample files (like in data/samples) providing the list of ChoCo IDs to use for a given experiment, and then pointing to the ChoCo directory (separately) where all JAMS are stored.
