Is this supposed to work with .cia files?

Hey there! Finally a GUI for wirelessly transferring .cia's! Thank you! Only one issue, it's not working for me on N3DS. I select a cia, goto FBI and "Network Install" -> enter my IP in 3DS FBI Link and hit "start", it asks me on my 3ds if I want to begin installing, I click yes and the 3DS FBI link instantly says "completed", while the 3DS just hangs, I can "home" button out. Also on my 3DS it says the file size is 7009849792.91GB, which is obviously incorrect.

I imagine you own an O3DS that you developed this with?

Actually I have a N3DS as well. When you have a chance, can you get a few things together for me?

1. Is your Mac connected to multiple network connections? (Say, Wi-Fi and ethernet)
2. Before you click 'Yes' on your console, 3DS FBI Link should report a URL you can visit in your web browser. At minimum, can you get a screenshot of that? Ideally you can attach the HTML source code.
3. Every time you try running 3DS FBI Link, does your console report the same incorrect file size?

That unusual number suggests there could be an endianness problem. Once I can get some more info, I bet we can figure this out. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, questions 1 and 3 are Yes, I was connected to multiple networks and the same incorrect file size was shown each time. I will get the HTML source to you in a bit after I get to my office. Thanks!

Sounds good. It is possible, if you were connected to multiple networks, that FBI Link picked the wrong IP address to send to the 3DS. Once we nail that down I’ll know if I need to add a ‘source IP address’ dropdown to the app, as only one of your computer’s IP addresses may be accessible to the 3DS. Additionally, when you load that webpage in your browser, you should be able to click on the links and download the CIAs, since we’re just acting like a web server. Give that a shot too, to confirm that they download locally. That will eliminate many possible problem sources.

Any updates from your side? With a little extra information I can get a test environment set up to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.
