Need a method to automatically build Flatpak after a new version is released

Right now, the owner of the flatpak repository (slgobinath) needs to update it every time a new version is released, which is not a very efficient for everyone's time.

There must be some GitHub action to automatically build the Flatpak when a new version is released.

I am closing this issue because I did not realize the flatpak is maintained by otuva (who updated the flatpak at my
request flathub/io.github.slgobinath.SafeEyes#13), and not by slgobinath
