Did you try install libtsk19?

Previously I had libtsk13 installed and I removed it so I could install sleuthkit-java.
But is there a libtsk19 package for ubuntu 20.04 based or an alternative package..?

We're hitting a similar issue under NixOS but we currently have Sleuthkit Version: 4.12.1 with the latest release of Autopsy 4.21.0, should I open a new issue here ?
