In particular, want to look at: TimeScanParallelSlice.py

Running "time python TimeScanParallelSlice.py -r 497 -p ../test_1", which running this way is not utilizing mpi/clusters (not sure how useful of a metric this is, but...):

sys 1m5.774s

Need to figure out how to properly run and then get runtime when using slum/mpi/etc??
