How to set the width and height of floaterm?

How do I set the width and height of floaterm or add additional parameters of pos? Just like the example in asyncrun.extra

I found that unable to display complete command line information if I use floaterm(or tab) as a runner.
Looks like the first two lines are missing,but it works well in quicfix.
