When using the named multiline note syntax, indentation fails.

Similar to #153, that also breaks all following indentation.

Example

@startuml
note as N1
this line should be indented
end note
@enduml

Recognize named multiline notes in indentation regex.  These notes look
something like this:

note as N1
    some description
end note

I do not understand how this issue (or any other issue for that matter) would be resolved by waiting without any action.
