What it does

Turns light into EMC at 4 EMC per second at max light.
EMC generation equation: (Light level + 1) * 4 / 16
Turns EMC fuels into the next tier up for the EMC difference. (Redstone(64EMC) -> Coal(128EMC) costs 64 EMC)
Passes EMC to blocks that can accept it.
Has an internal buffer of 10,000 EMC.
