Cannot download videos with soft subs #70

Whether I use a VPN or not, I always encounter this issue whenever I try to download videos with soft subs. Right now, only hard subs work. The included text document is the entire transcript. Is there a fix for this right now?

Update: I downloaded the same video again with without -s soft. This time, it gave a similar error before proceeding to downloading. If I download a video with hard subs the first time, this doesn't happen.
