Cannot redirect file URL #90

Hi.
We have had a need to redirect old file URLs to new ones.
Is there an appetite for this module to support this function?

A number of forks do it already.
I've just recently updated on to SS5: https://github.com/dnadesign/silverstripe-redirectedurls/tree/pulls/asset-redirection-ss5
