Installing aeneas on Pycharm #59

I am building a project on Pycharm that requires aeneas. I have downloaded the all-in-one installer but I am not sure where to run the exe file in order to get the packages installed on a pycharm project. The installation process for aeneas doesn't work through pycharm's python package installer. Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
