HTTPS requests fails if cURL isn't setup properly.

std.net.curl.CurlException@std\net\curl.d(4034): Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates on handle 2C017D8

Should I disable certificate validation all along or provide a way to configure this behavior?
