signal desktop (linux) QR Code Not working on wifi, but works on mobile data

• I have searched searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

when i try to use with signal on linux using wifi qr code not show.
but when i connect my laptop with mobile data using mobile hot spot it works why how ?

Steps to reproduce

install using flatpak on linux
then connect with home wifi
qr code should not display

Expected result

qr code should display both wifi and mobile data

Actual result

qr code was not showing on desktop

Looking at your log, you're getting a lot of timeout and network unavailable errors. It looks like your WiFi setup (VPN, firewall, etc.) is blocking Signal - what can you tell us about it?
