Not working on python version 3.10 and above #5

I believe this project was built using python 3.9. Since there are a couple of changes that on version 3.10 and above 1 2. This project can't simply be run using the command provided. The simplest option is to run in python version 3.9. Would really appreciate if there updates to support python 3.10 and above
