Is your feature request related to a problem or use-case? Please describe.

With the addition of the storage migration script for v0.14.0, we need to provide developers/admins instructions on how to run it. See shipwright-io/build#1603

Describe the solution that you would like.

  • Include migrator script instructions in our upgrade note
  • Potentially have a more detailed docs article?

This item needs to be documented as part of the v0.14.0 upgrade procedure. This is currently in the release note as an optional (but recommended) step.
