Adding the feature to run the version checks for AEM 6.5 Service Packs

Describe the solution you'd like
Run inspec test to validate if AEM 6.5 is running on a certain Service Pack version

inspec exec . --controls aem-6.5.14.0-version-installed

Describe alternatives you've considered
None
