Hub-side automatic access grant

• Persona: cipherduck vault admin
• Need: automatic access grant (respecting WoT setting)
• Purpose: get rid of repetitive tasks

Acceptance Criteria

• automatic access grant in the background while logged in in hub for all vaults where the user is an OWNER
• respect WoT

Open Questions

• first implementation without WoT?

Decision @overheadhunter @tobihagemann let's leave it open whether we implement this for v1. Intention to implement upstream. Maybe only after implementation of WoT?

@overheadhunter @tobihagemann could you link the corresponding upstream issues (WoT, show which users in frontend when doing update permissions, automatic access grant hub).
