dohEnabled: true 开启时的EDNS递归问题 #281

dohEnabled: true后，前端使用CDN部署DOH时，用户通过DOH解析域名，用户的DNS出口IP会递归到用户DOH访问的CDN的节点，而不是用户最近的DNS节点。

而当我使用AdguardTeam/dnsproxy项目创建DOH时，只需要附带--edns启动参数，同样前端使用CDN，就可以精准的解析，DNS的出口IP，可以递归到离用户最近的DNS节点。

想知道这个问题应该怎样解决？
