Option to select which meta keys can switch pages

I'd like to see an option to select which keys can make the action bar page. In my case I don't want the alt key to page at all.

This is my fork where I modded for this. If you would like to try it, see if it is what you are looking for. I've submitted the PR but for now you can use the fork if you like. Depends on how urgent this need is.
