In version 1.22, sswinservice.exe does not exist in windows-msvc, but it does in windows-gun. #1843

sswinservice.exe does not exist in windows-msvc in version 1.22, but exists in windows-gun.

sswinservice.exe exists in windows-msvc in version 1.21.2.

scoop uses the windows-msvc version and creates a shim for sswinservice.exe. sswinservice.exe does not exist, causing the update to break.

It may be related to #1833 . Please run this fixed script and see if it could package the sswinservice correctly.
