speech seems to be deprecated, so some things that i can look into for a replacement to current thumbnailing is:

have the youtube thumbnail link wrote down in a txt file with yt-dlp and keep the image saved on drive in case the video gets deleted
use some other command line utility with this script that can upload to image sharing platforms which may be an issue later due to the nature of image sharing platforms coming and going
