i had F1-T12-858D pcb and finished t12 part, but this firmware work incorrect.
can we have only t12 firmware for this pcb?

Can you describe the issue in more details? What exactly is working incorrectly?
And no, the firmware was developed for described hardware. If you do not want to use hot air gun, you can choose another project. Please see on hackster.io, there are many other soldering projects using Hakko T12 tips.
