Installation docker - latest version - error

Hello,
When i try to install the last version (Installing version 0.9.11) of Servicebot from docker, in the page i configure the data about the company, when click to submit, the error is show:

There seems to be a problem in processing your request. Please try again.

In the logs, i see only this:

I need to make some extra config?
