Reporting Bugs

Come here to report something that's not working the way it's supposed to. We do our best to prevent this from happening, but SoulHX is a complex piece of software so things may sometimes escape our attention.

When reporting a bug, please provide as much information as possible to help us track it down. We can't fix a bug unless we can replicate it but some bugs are easier than others to replicate. The following information will be very helpful:

• 🐞 Clear and concise title: Briefly describe the bug in the title.
• 🕹 Steps to reproduce: List the steps someone can take to consistently trigger the bug. (Sometimes this is simple, sometimes it's not!)
• ✔ Expected result: Explain what should happen when the steps are followed correctly.
• ❌ Actual result: Describe what actually happens when you follow the steps.
• 💻 Environment: Specify the type of device you're using (e.g. Android phone, iPad, laptop, …), and any other details you feel may be relevant (e.g. "only happens late at night," or, "works when I hold my device straight up but not when it's sideways").
• 🖼 Screenshot (optional): If you can, include a screenshot to illustrate the issue.

Maybe each piece of information mentioned here makes sense for your bug or maybe it doesn't, but do your best to provide as much information as you can, and keep an eye on your bug here in the discussion group in case we need to reach out for more details.

We do our best to prioritize bug fixes over all other work.
