FreePBX 16 runs on CentOS 7 (Sangoma OS).
FreePBX 17 and newer, runs on Debian 12.
This module interacts with the PHP applications SuiteCRM and Bitrix24.
It should work fine on FreePBX 16 to the current version 21.
Have you attempted to install it?

I haven't attempted it yet, currently deciding on if I want to attempt it myself or reach out to the developer to see how much he would charge me. I'm on sure how much time it would take for me to do so
