Add Endpoint Testing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add endpoint testing for SherpaJS, so we can automate the testing of endpoints. We should build a custom test bench for performing these tests.

Describe the solution you'd like
We would in the future like to test both Local and all bundler types, so make it so there can be multiple test benches.
