[RFE] text within the app does not clearly describe options

the app is not clear when describing its configuration options.

i suggest these changes:

• change "Backup status" to:
  • "App selection and backup status"
• change "Exclude apps" in "Backup status" overflow menu to:
  • "Select apps"
  • or "Select apps to back up"
  • or "Choose apps to back up"

EDIT: this was observed in version 14-4.1

particularly bad is the "Exclude apps" text. when that is selected, you would logically expect to tick apps you want to exclude. however you actually need to tick apps you want to include in the backups.
