Hi,

I am running openhab 3.4.0, I tried to install jrule from the marketplace and got the following error :
Installation of add-on marketplace:121441 failed

any ideas ?

I have some problems testing out myself. I would suggest you download the released jar and put it in your addons folder. Look at the logs for any error messages

Added a rule, the rule is working, but not showing in the gui (as explained in the docs).
Am I missing something ?

It should show up in the GUI,

Are you sure the rule is loaded correctly? Look the openhab log to see if the rule is actually loaded correctly.

Hi,

any ideas to check what goes wrong ?
I am also running jython scripts, no idea if this has an impact.

I am on OH4 and it's working fine.
Maybe you could test with a fresh OH3 installation?

Hi,

I suppose a fresh installation will work. That is why I want to know where is goes wrong. What do I have to look for ?
Because when i upgrade to OH4, the problem could still exist...

Hey willy, I have the same issue, the rules work but don't show up in the rules list (OH 3.4.4). I just started to use "jrule" today, so I probably won't find out the root cause on my own soon. If you make any progress please post it.

Hi,

I downloades the latest 3.4.0-snapshot branch and compiles this.
Now my rules are visible in the openhab gui. :)
