Context

Having multiple people helping with correcting the segmentations, we need a proper workflow to distribute the QC/processed data, retrieve them, etc.

Suggestion

  • Select participants Test procedure for candidates helping with manual correction of segmentations #36
  • Send QC to participants
  • Ask participants to sort per Subject (click on the top row and "sort per subject")
  • Define the subject range that each participant will help with (e.g. chunk of 100 subjects)
  • Each participant will create:
    • a YML file that lists the subjects to correct: correct_firstname_familyname.yml
    • a YML file that lists the subject to exclude from the analysis (very bad quality, see e.g. pavia-03 and T2w bad quality): exclude_firstname_familyname.yml
  • Lead team will package the data (automatic seg + associated data) and send to the respective participant
  • Participant will correct the data, package the derivatives folder as a ZIP package and send it to the lead team
  • Lead team will quickly review and add to the git-annex centralized repository and add the YML list of subjects to exclude to exclude.yml
