Move spring-batch-notion to the official extensions repository

I came across this repository and found it awesome 👍 Thank you for sharing it!

Would you be interested in moving it to the official Spring Batch community-driven extensions repository? You will lead the development and maintenance of the module and we will take care of the releases to maven central under the org.springframework.batch.extensions domain name.

That's a fantastic news! Thank you for being open to this!

Yes, a PR would be a good start. I will then setup a touch base Zoom meeting to explain some internal rules for external contributors who get push access to that repository. Please reach out to me on my vmware email (I don't want to type it here ;-) but you can find it easily in git logs) and I will take it from there.
